Wadsworth Ladies' Luncheon
Charles Wadsworth was the guest of honor as the ladies of Charleston gathered for an exquisite luncheon in the Long Room at McCrady’s Restaurant.
Opening Weekend Gala
Held in the Exhibition Hall after the opening performance of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater for a celebration with cocktails, dinner and dancing as we paid tribute to the incomparable Charles Wadsworth.
Wadsworth and Friends – A Musical Celebration
A celebratory concert with Charles Wadsworth and friends from his years of music-making at Spoleto Festival USA such as renowned pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet. The performance was immediately followed by dessert and champagne in Alicia’s Garden at Memminger Auditorium.

High Tea Farewell
The final farewell: an elegant high tea with Charles and chamber musicians directly
following the 1:00pm concert of the 2009 Chamber Music series, held in the garden of the President’s House at the College of Charleston, a short walk from Memminger Auditorium.
