Inspired by Mozart’s Don Giovanni and produced in association with the Royal Shakespeare Company and Bristol Old Vic, Don John employs Kneehigh’s distinctive blend of physical theater, original music, and imaginative staging to tell this oft-told legend of the world’s greatest lover – but this time from the perspective of his many scorned paramours. Set in 1970s England, Don John proved to be visually stunning and rather racy – intoxicating even.
