I Can See Myself in Your Pupil

"…one highly charged moment after another."

- The New York Times

Under the direction of choreographer Andrea Miller, Gallim Dance has exploded onto the New York downtown dance scene. Fiercely physical and possessing a delicious strangeness and coiled sensuality, Miller’s movement style reflects the influence of Batsheva Dance Company’s Ohad Naharin as well as her own originality and daring. The company performed I Can See Myself in Your Pupil, a suite of dances set to an eclectic score incorporating sources as diverse as the Israeli band Balkan Beat Box and Puccini.
